Q: I cannot logon to the computer, PLATO, or Accelerated Reader. The screen states that I have an incorrect password or username.

A: The username, group name, account login, and password are case sensitive. Recheck to make sure you have spelled them correctly and have used the correct spacing and case.

Q: On PLATO, the screen does not proceed to the next item. A green circle continually moves across the screen.

A: Check your pop up blocker. This usually means your pop ups are blocked. Set your pop up blocker to always allow pop ups from this site.

Q: After entering PLATO and clicking on the desired assignment, an error message states "Unable to launch activity." This usually means that you have other programs running (instant messenger, music download, etc.) or you are full of cookies.

A: Delete the cookies, history, and turn off all instant messaging and downloads.
