Per pupil ratio is capped at 8 students for every instructor. Students are engaged at workstations wired for the Internet - utilizing cutting edge tools like Web-based technologies, full-motion video, computer simulation, digital photography and the latest software. Instructors move from workstation to workstation observing and coaching. Assignments and lessons are obtained with a simple mouse click, as students download files and class materials onto hard drives located on the server. This innovative blend of discussion and skill-building, critical thinking, high-tech inquiry and problem-solving - all set in a project oriented environment helps to better prepare students to succeed in the new business world.
Interactive Technology Lab
The lab serves as a platform for using the latest computer technology to collaborate on projects and to assist students in overcoming problems faced in the traditional classroom. At the Technology Academy learning and the application of knowledge and are seamlessly intertwined to create a successful learning environment for all students.
